We visited it Sunday afternoon after a walk in near by park and appears they have a buffet at that time. Food was freshly cooked and tasted awesome,good variety too. stuff was super friendly, perhaps even too friendly at times but they started business recently and eager to get new customers so I can't blame them.Interior is clean and decor is very interesting,Overall we are very impressed and will come again if we happen to be in that area.

Great place for family meals! Portion is big :) go give it a go, I'm sure you'll enjoy the food as first timers. Food is quite good and unique.

Superior! Little gem in Coquitlam. One of a kind. Must see, try and taste. Authentic Eastern European flavors. Love it. Our server Stevan was outstanding person.

Wow!! Really wow!! Real european deliciously tasting home cooking at its best!! Great portions, great prices and really nice atmosphere at this restaurant ( did I mentioned the food taste fantastic?? :) ) Really nice schnitzels and the TIRAMISU is amazing ... Another really nice thing - you can have normal conversation around the table, it is nice and quiet !! Just wow!! Highly recommend to stop by and have a meal! And yes, you can have your lovely food .. and no, I am not paid by the owners of the restaurant :) Don't even know them :)

We had our recent company Christmas party at Vayat. The food was amazing - flavourful, tender, delicious - and the portions generous. I enjoyed the friendly, attentive service and the cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended - you should definitely eat here!

Loved everything about this place - the food was delicious with generous servings of cheese/kayak and got sampling of freshly baked cornbread together with the house specialties we ordered. We received excellent service from the friendly and attentive owner. We highly recommend this place and definitely we would be back.
